The Hillsborough County Family Partnership Alliance (HCFPA) was estabished in 1975 as the Hillsborough County Foster Parent Association. HCFPA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, providing training, services, support, special events and assistance to foster/adoptive children and their foster/adoptive families throughout the Tampa Bay area. They service more than 180 families totaling more than 800 children. Staff is made up of non-salaried volunteers and all are either foster or adoptive parents.
